How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of the return request approval.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost. For exchanges or buyer's remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I return a gift?
Yes! Gift returns will be refunded via store credit or gift card. The original purchaser will not be notified of the return.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry! Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement immediately.
Can I return an item purchased on sale?
Sale items with a discount of 40% or more are final sale. Regular sale items (less than 40% off) follow our standard return policy.
