How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, select payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your account and visiting "My Orders"
- Contacting customer support with your order number
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Contact our support team immediately with your order number. Once the order is processed for shipping, changes may not be possible.
What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?
We're sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
