1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing yamiebeauty.com, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Yamie Beauty services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our applicable policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order through it.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

Yamie Beauty offers beauty products, hair products, accessories, fragrances, cosmetics, and related merchandise. Product availability may differ between our United States inventory and Haiti pickup inventory.

Prices displayed in United States dollars are the primary online prices. Haiti pickup pages may also display an informational conversion to Haitian gourdes using the exchange rate available in our system.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, descriptions, prices, images, and availability accurate. If an error is discovered, we may correct the information or contact you before completing the order.

3. Orders

An order is not considered finally accepted merely because it was submitted through the website. Orders may remain pending while payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, or other required checks are completed.

We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including when inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, information appears inaccurate, or the transaction appears unauthorized or fraudulent.

4. Payments

Available payment methods may depend on the selected fulfillment method. United States customers may be offered card payment and other supported payment methods. Haiti pickup customers may be offered payment methods appropriate for pickup orders.

Manual electronic payments may remain pending until Yamie Beauty verifies the transaction. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment references and any requested payment proof.

Card transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors. Yamie Beauty does not control the separate terms imposed by those payment providers.

5. Shipping & Haiti Store Pickup

Standard shipping for eligible United States delivery orders is currently a flat $10.00 per order. Shipping charges are applied once per order and not once per product.

Express Shipping at $14.99 and Next Day Delivery at $24.99 may be displayed for informational purposes and are subject to availability and confirmation. They are not automatically purchased through checkout unless explicitly offered as a selectable service.

Haiti store pickup has no shipping fee. The current pickup location is: #84 Rue Borno Prolongée, Bois Monquette, Pétion-Ville, Haiti.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, address problems, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by the current Yamie Beauty Returns & Exchanges policy, including eligibility, condition requirements, exclusions, deadlines, and refund processing.

Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy before requesting a return or exchange.

8. Accounts & Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account or password has been compromised.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

The Yamie Beauty name, branding, website layout, original text, graphics, product presentation, and other protected content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent transactions, abuse payment systems, or use Yamie Beauty services in violation of applicable law.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yamie Beauty is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier outages, shipping delays, third-party service interruptions, or unauthorized misuse of customer credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, operational practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date displayed above will be updated when material revisions are published.
