1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing yamiebeauty.com, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Yamie Beauty services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our applicable policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order through it.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

Yamie Beauty offers beauty, hair-care, fragrance, clothing, accessories, footwear, home, and related merchandise. Availability is maintained separately for the USA and Haiti warehouses. Selecting USA delivery or Haiti pickup determines which inventory can be purchased.

Prices shown in United States dollars are the base prices unless the page clearly states otherwise. For Haiti sales, the amount in Haitian gourdes is calculated using the Yamie Beauty USD-to-HTG rate active when the transaction is recorded. The receipt preserves that exchange rate for the completed transaction.

Promotions, discount codes, taxes, shipping charges, and eligibility conditions are applied as shown in the cart or checkout. Promotions may have dates, product restrictions, usage limits, or minimum-purchase requirements and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, images, prices, and inventory. Screen colors, packaging, and product appearance may vary. If a material pricing, description, or inventory error is discovered before fulfillment, we may correct it, cancel the affected item, or contact the customer before proceeding.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after the required payment and inventory checks are completed and Yamie Beauty confirms or begins fulfillment. An automatic order number or pending status does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

We may reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for unavailable inventory, an unsuccessful or unverified payment, an inaccurate address, suspected fraud, misuse of a promotion, an obvious pricing error, or a violation of these Terms. When payment has already been captured for a cancelled item, the appropriate refund process will be initiated.

Customers must review their name, phone number, email, delivery or pickup method, address, products, quantities, and payment information before submitting an order. Haiti pickup orders must be collected within the hold period communicated with the order unless Yamie Beauty approves another arrangement.

4. Payments, Currency & Refunds

Available payment methods depend on the selected fulfillment method and may include Stripe-supported card or Cash App payments, PayPal, cash at an eligible Haiti pickup, or another method displayed at checkout.

Electronic or manual payments may remain pending until the processor or Yamie Beauty verifies the transaction. Customers must provide accurate references or proof when requested and must never send a complete card number, security code, or account password through chat, email, or a return form.

Third-party payment providers process payments under their own terms and privacy practices. Yamie Beauty normally stores the payment method, status, amount, and processor reference needed to reconcile the order, not the customer's full payment-card credentials.

Refund eligibility and amount depend on the approved cancellation or return. Processing time and the destination of funds may depend on the original payment method and payment provider. An approved refund shown in the Returns Center is not complete until its status is recorded as refunded.

5. USA Delivery & Haiti Pickup

The current estimated standard USA shipping charge is $10.00 USD per order, not per product. The shipping amount displayed and accepted during checkout is the final shipping charge for that order. Yamie Beauty may update future shipping prices when carrier or operating costs change.

Orders are normally estimated to require 1–2 business days for processing, followed by approximately 5–10 business days for USA carrier transit. These periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, high-volume periods, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances may affect timing.

Haiti pickup currently has no shipping fee. Customers must wait for the ready-for-pickup notice before visiting #84 Rue Borno Prolongée, Bois Moquette, Pétion-Ville, Haiti and may be asked to provide the order number and reasonable identification.

Tracking information, when available, can be viewed at track.yamiebeauty.com. Online fulfillment currently supports USA delivery and Haiti store pickup; other international destinations are not automatically available through checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible completed orders may be submitted for return review within 14 days of the applicable completion, delivery, or pickup date recorded by the system. Submitting a request does not automatically approve a return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Customers must use the secure Yamie Beauty Returns Center, select eligible items and quantities, provide accurate details, and wait for approval and instructions before sending or dropping off an item. A photo is required for a damaged-item claim when that requirement is enabled.

USA returns are physically received and inspected by Admin for the USA warehouse. Haiti pickup returns are physically received and inspected by Seller for the Haiti warehouse. Only sealed or like-new quantities approved as sellable may be returned to inventory. Opened, used, or damaged items are not placed back into sellable stock.

Return shipping instructions, any applicable return costs, approved quantities, refund amount, and final resolution are determined during review. The customer's preferred resolution remains subject to eligibility, inspection, product availability, and the payment method.

8. Accounts, Communications & Security

Customers must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and promptly notify Yamie Beauty of suspected unauthorized activity. Do not share an account with a person who is not authorized to place or manage its orders.

We may temporarily restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate suspicious activity, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Security controls do not eliminate every online risk.

By using the service, you agree that required transactional communications—such as receipts, security notices, order updates, pickup instructions, return updates, and refund notices—may be delivered electronically. Optional marketing consent is handled separately.

The automated chat assistant provides general information and may transfer a conversation to a human. A chatbot answer does not change a confirmed price, inventory record, return decision, payment status, or order status shown in the applicable Yamie Beauty system.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

The Yamie Beauty name, original branding, website layout, text, graphics, photographs, software, and other protected content may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, distributed, altered, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

Third-party product names, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their display does not transfer ownership or grant a separate license.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not attempt unauthorized access; bypass authentication, rate limits, stock controls, or payment checks; introduce malicious code; operate abusive bots or automated submissions; scrape protected customer or business information; manipulate prices, exchange rates, discounts, orders, returns, refunds, receipts, or inventory; impersonate another person; submit false payment or return evidence; or use the service unlawfully.

We may preserve relevant transaction and security records and cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities when investigating suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

11. Product Use, Disclaimers & Limitation

Product descriptions are general retail information and are not medical advice. Customers must review manufacturer labels, ingredients, warnings, expiration information, and instructions and should stop using a product and seek appropriate professional advice if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Yamie Beauty is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, third-party service outages, unauthorized misuse of customer credentials, or use of a product contrary to its instructions or warnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude or limit.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, prices, providers, operational practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date identifies the current version. When appropriate, a prominent website or account notice may be provided before a material change takes effect.

Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not retroactively alter a completed transaction where applicable law or the confirmed order terms require otherwise.

13. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Connecticut, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies based on the customer's location. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
